Interim Management

- Define the problem, applying the 80/20 rule
- Collect and analyze data
- Recommend a best practice course of action
- Get consensus among the client‘s stakeholders, finalize improvement path and implement actions
- Monitor recommendations‘ implementation
- Ensure sustainability of improvements.
Mentoring
As part of Your organization’s talent program, Novo Artifact Consulting works with the identified Mentee to provide direct assistance in achieving his/her career objectives related to Focus Area Themes by
- sharing its extensive knowledge and experience
- providing clues and hints
- advising and suggesting
- providing examples and ideas
- helping to get out of difficult situations
- showing how to lead by example.
Alternatively, the Mentee may wish to invite Novo Artifact Consulting to his/her own inner dialogue to assist in complex career decisions related to any of the Focus Area Themes.
Lecturing
As part of Your organization’s event program, Novo Artifact Consulting provides lectures and instructional talks on selected subjects related to Focus Area Themes
- with demonstrated ability to fully capture the attention of the audience thanks to putting much emphasis on voice, gesture, movement, facial expression, and eye contact – thus influencing the attentiveness and learning of the audience
- providing examples from international Projects and Programs.
Coaching
As part of Your organization’s talent program, Novo Artifact Consulting works with the identified Coachee on matters related to Focus Area Themes
- along a process of self-discovery and self-awareness, i.e. without teaching the Coachee
- challenging beliefs, thoughts and behaviours
to help the Coachee
- change in the way he/she wishes
- to go in the direction he/she wants to go
- identify strengths and develop personal goals
- practice and build the skills and behaviours required to make progress toward the goals
- unlock his/her potential to maximise his/her performance
- grow both professionally and personally.
Training
As part of Your organization’s talent program, Novo Artifact Consulting provides tailor-made classroom or virtual training courses related to Focus Area Themes
- targeting specific skills and knowledge gaps and developing them to a desired standard
- bringing the Trainees into a position where they can do their job correctly, effectively, and conscientiously
by
- passing on experience and knowledge, and giving information
- providing concrete examples from international projects
- demonstrating a skill or process
- testing understanding and capacity
- facilitating learning activities (such as note taking, discussion, assignment writing, simulations and practice)
- ensuring implementation into practice of lessons learned.
